Watch WSOP 2009 Live Telecast on ESPN-beginning 28th July.

Final table of WSOP will be held on November 10th, till then ESP will continue to show the old WSOP.
This year ESPN has shuffled up their WSOP game scheduled, as per the request of their views for “more main events” with 24 hours solely live tournaments. Bracelet events paid the price, as in addition to the Main Event, only Event #2, the special $40K anniversary tourney, will hand over any gold on ESPN.

$40k Championship- was a special event for memorizing 10 years of anniversary of WESOP. Before the main event day there was two more episodes was scheduled, Champions Invitational and Ante Up for Africa.
Champions Invitational – It was an episode to grant a reward to all former Main Event winners. Instead of bracelet, the winner awarded the Binion Cup, presented by Jack Binion, and a shiny new car.
Ante Up for Africa – Ante Up for Africa charity was again back on the WSOP 2009 for the third time. But this was shown on ESPN for first time. Charles Barkley, Adam Sandler, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Ray Romano and Brad Garrett will share the tables with dozens of other celebs and some of the biggest names in poker, with the big winner being their partner foundations that raise money for relief efforts in Darfur.
Main Event – Now The time has come for the big one. Opening August 18th, the Main Event will be shown every Tuesday from 8-10:00 p.m. ET. Each day there will be complete report for 2 hrs, including each of the four Day 1 flights and a pair of Day 2's. This will continue until November 3rd.
Main Event Final Table – Finally we have come to the final show at the end, The final table and the “November Nine”. Immediately after the bracelet will be given away in Las Vegas, Darvin Moon, a logger from Maryland, will hand over the title of the chip leader for next few months. And at last the new November nine definitely the biggest game name Phil Ivey.
